When you provide personal information to 4 Paws we will treat your information in line with the current legislation.

 

At 4 Paws we will require the following information:

• Your full name.
• Your address.
• Your phone number.
• Your email address.
• Your dogs name.
• Your dogs age.
• If your dog has any medical conditions.
• If your dog has any allergies.
• If you dog has any lumps or bumps we should know about.
• Are your dog’s vaccinations up to date.
• Your Vets name, address and contact details.

 

4 Paws pledge to you:

• We will only request information that we need to carry out the groom.
• We will keep your information safe and secure.
• We will only keep your information for as long as you are a client.
• We will destroy information both paper and electronic when you are no longer a client, or you request the information to be destroyed.

 

The information provided to 4 Paws will not be divulged or shared with any third party, unless it is necessary to legally share this information, ombudsmen, regulatory authorities, law enforcement authority.

 

The right to be informed regarding your data, should be clear about what, why and in what way your Personal Identifiable Information will be used at 4Paws.
